One of the odd things about World of Warcraft is that there are very few character models for each race. The models that do exist are excellent, with unique stances and animations and the superb art direction that makes every race distinct and instantly recognisable, and it's all so well done that you hardly notice that every adult of a particular race has the exact same proportions as every other adult of the same gender of that race.
Other than for being scaled up (usually to make them more visible in raids and so on) the only other variation is that children have their own distinct models. As they should, since children do not have the same body proportions as adults, and I wish someone would tell that to the devs of SWTOR.
Children in SWTOR are simply scaled down adults, and it really doesn't work. At all.
